They stay put, soak up plenty, and actually keep you dry till morning. The odor control’s decent, and the material’s soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re wearing a tarp. They are thicker — no getting around that — but if you’re dealing with heavier leaks or just want to sleep without stressing about it, they’re worth it. Not ideal for daytime wear unless you like the feeling of armor, but for nights, they deliver.

The good things first: it offered excellent leak protection and odor control. Now, the things I didn't like. For me, it felt like a HUGE diaper without the waist. I was shocked at how large and long the pad was; it was too big for me and felt uncomfortable when I sat down. Then, when I wore it overnight, the next morning, the pad was bunched up in the middle and resembled a mountain with dips on the sides. This, however, might work for someone who doesn't mind the uncomfortable feeling of it constantly rubbing their lady parts and who needs maximum overnight protection.

I was kept dry by the wicking or instant absorption of the material of the 8 drop pads! The pads adhered well to my panties! I’m loved that the odor control worked with the 8 drop pads!

I don't notice any odors using them, I wear them all night. I don't like to have to use them, but since I do, I will purchase these Poise pads again.
