It absorbs all leakage and stays put with the adhesive strip on your underwear. When I wake up in the morning, I noticed no odor! I never felt like I was wearing a diaper in the situation. It truly just felt like a pad which I appreciated.

Would prefer a thinner pad however, you win some lose some. (Go with thinner pad and have to change in the middle of the night or get a full uninterrupted night sleep)
