I did not experience any obvious movement in my underwear, but this was with full coverage underwear. I did not find the pads to be rough or irritating on my sensitive skin. Overall would purchase again.

It is effective for me since i haven’t experience any sensitivity reaction such as rashes while using this. No leaks because it stays it should be. Would not recommend for walking around and daily activities, but they are not marketed for that. They are bulky in the back so for that I would not say it’s discret but when you’re sleeping you don’t usually need discretion.
