They’re long, absorbent, and give a secure feeling while sleeping. I like that they stay in place and handle leaks better than many other brands. They look comically large and long but are great for adults with incontinence. They have worked great and prevented leaks for my adult family member during daytime naps. Not sure if they would hold up overnight.

While they offer a lot of coverage and are soft, the size is a bit too large for me personally and therefore not super comfortable. Otherwise they do the intended job.

As you can see it is quite big, definitely a day two and three kind of pad needed for that overnight protection. I would suggest wearing it with tighter underwear to keep the pad in place as they do not have wings. This is a great option for those heavier days where you want to feel secured.
