The center of the pad has a lock in protection making it better than other overnight pads. If you haven’t tried them I think you should.

They’re long, absorbent, and give a secure feeling while sleeping. I like that they stay in place and handle leaks better than many other brands. They can feel a little bulky, but that’s expected for overnight protection. Overall, very dependable and worth it if you want extra coverage at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me start by saying I never would’ve purchased this product and let me tell you why: the price. I thought they were overpriced, too bulky, and I was too embarrassed to purchase them. But now?! GIRL. I am so so grateful I was able to get these as a sample, (let alone 22 extra coverage pads). I had to have hip surgery this past Monday the 27th, and I knew I was staying overnight so I was like what the heck i’ll bring some with me just in case, and I am sooo glad that I did. After the surgery they took me to my room and for some reason did not give me fluids so I was drinking buckets of water. I had to pee at least once and hour if not more. Fast forward a few hours: its late, i have to use the restroom again and I felt lightheaded and dizzy and did not think it was wise for me to get out of bed, and on top of that I had to be monitored when using the restroom in case I fell so I had to wait for a nurse (which is totally understandable) but I had to pee so bad I didn’t think I was going to be able to hold it. So my backpack was within reach and I grabbed a poise pad. And placed it down and was able to…you know. Afterwards I folded it up, put it in the adorable purple cloth, and threw it away. I emptied my bladder and there was not a leak in sight, not only that, it was comfortable, and honestly all I could think was why do people not use these more when they don’t have access to a restroom? I was ecstatic, and surprisingly not embarrassed because no one knew I used it. They are incredibly easy to use, easy to store in your bag, in fact when I am able to walk normally again half of this bag is going into my car for emergencies! I will definitely be purchasing this again, and recommending these to my mom as well as my sister. Thank you so much!

They provide excellent coverage and absorbency throughout the night, so I don’t have to worry about leaks or waking up to change. The wider back gives extra protection, and the pad stays in place even when moving around. It feels soft on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, which is important for overnight wear. They were horrible.. they do not absorb well and my skin was having issues with their stuff that's on their pads… they do not stick very good to your underwear.. they're absolutely horrible. I highly not recommend them… buy Sam's market brand they're the best…

I love the extra coverage it gives especially at night time I do not have to worry about having leaks. They do not feel big and bulky, it's a comfortable wear every time. They are super absorbent so you can be confident with every wear. They have very good adhesion so it sticks very well to fabric and you don't have to worry about your pad moving around or not sticking it also has amazing absorption and zero odor protection which is another huge Plus and I love that it has a 75% wider back for even more protection.

They’re not uncomfortable but you will feel it as you have it on. They will stay in place overnight. My only concern is I wish it wasn’t as thick.

They are get coverage and comfortable to her and they cover 75% more of her diaper than the other pads she use to wear. They stick amazing to her diaper and they absorbed everything
