Their settings are perfect because they adapt easily. It has excellent durability and when absorbing enough, I use fewer towels. There’s absolutely no leakage, as these are overnight sized and much bigger than the standard pad. These keep you dry and they don’t have any chemical smell or itchy material. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these before and they absorb a lot. The product feels very dry and not too thick, but enough to absorb any bodily functions. The design needs to be updated a little bit. I wish they had wings so that the pads stay on the underwear better. Other than that, it's a good product.

For overnight pads, I prefer thinner ones with wings but these were too diapery for me so I gave them to my mom who LOVES them and appreciates that there are no wings. They are a size 8 which she found perfect. It provided adequate leak protection and absorbency.
