[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are thick and long! It’s not something I would wear out and about because people will be able to tell. They will keep you dry all night with no issues but the pads are a bit uncomfortable because they’re thick.

I am glad that this product does exist for others that do need them. Absorbs quickly so leaks are very minimal. The stickiness needs to be more prevalent in such a big product. Overall, great product but I think it should have minor upgrades!
