[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how bulky the pads were in the actual crotch area. After wearing it for a little bit, the pad just bunched together. I also think they could be better if they had the sticky flaps to go around my underwear.

It will help you to feel clean and dry even if you have accidently dribbled or lost urine. Most of all you will wake up clean and dry not in a mess on your bed. The pad itself soaks up the urine away from the body keeping you dry. The pad also keeps you from the odor of the urine. Its the best overnight pad i have ever tried.

It will be helpful during sleep time as you want the most protection at that time. It’s slightly bulky in the underwear but you do feel confident nothing will get through.

Usually full absorbent underwear is the way to go, but I decided to try the Poise Ultimate Overnight Pads. They certainly cover a lot of area and I love the design with the wider back. Unfortunately, with no wings to hold them in place, these pads still fold up and expose portions of underwear.
