I used to laugh and just tinkle and sometimes even fully wet myself and I'd be with friends and it would be so embarrassing because everybody would look and see that I just wet myself from laughing. I carried extra clothes with me to change but I knew if they made me laugh again it would happen again. They kind of looked at me with disgust but I couldn't help it. However after I put on the product I do put a pair of cotton underwear over it so that it smoothes out the puffiness so people do not realize I am wearing incontinence underwear. You can trust that you will not have issues in the morning when you use this. I really am happy with the new design. I was a big fan of Poise but had started using another product due to the shape. It will definitely help with any leakage during night but for me the fit is too big. That's my only drawback. I don't recognize a scent on these so that's good
