[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most overnight pads are like 2ft long and 2 inches thick making them not discreet at all and very uncomfortable- these are a pleasant surprise. Not nearly as horrible as the rest. I'd still rather wear an overnight/heavy flow panty for comfort but these I wouldnt mind using either. So these will a great backup for me.

You really feel secure when you’re out that you’re not gonna have an accident that everybody can see the only issue I had is that it felt like I was wearing a diaper. It really is nice to be able to feel secure when you’re out and about You just really can’t wear these with anything form fitting or it will look like you have a diaper on and at 45 years old it’s embarrassing enough to have bladder leakage problems. I definitely don’t want everyone seeing I’m wearing a diaper.

The Poise Overnight Pad 6 is the perfect length, and the two ends are wider (75% wider back) than all the others! The overall feel is more gentle on my skin. This pad has saved me many times! There's no doubt that this is the pad for me. The only improvement is a minor one. It could use more sticky on the bottom!

When I am sitting down and I have to cough or sneeze I usually end up wetting the back of my pants because the fluid runs that way and with these there is plenty of pad to catch it. I wore these during the day also, not just at night. They are huge and make me feel safe about going in public without having a accident and embarrasing myself. Great job Poise!

I haven't had any accidents with these which is a plus. I like the length as well as they are easy to place in my underwear. 24 come in a pack which is great. They have a cushion like feel to them and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the caregiver for my mom who has some incontinence issues, I am always looking for a product to help us both. As the amount of urine output varies, so did the results while using it. On the nights that she had a normal amount of output, the pads worked extremely well and kept her dry throughout the night. When she had a larger than normal output, the pad didn’t cut it and she woke up wet. I think this would work very well for many people, but many others need even more absorbency capacity.

It is very absorbent and comfortable to wear. The wings helped stop leaking on the sides and the length was just right to fit. I would recommend this to anyone who is worried about nighttime bladder leakage. You can wear it with confidence.
