Not only were these pads comfortable to sleep in,there were no leaks at all;and it wasn't only urine that was entrapped;with my dietary supplements there comes oily stool that thankfully only occurs at bedtime. My favorite part of the poise pads was the extra wide padding towards the rear of which I sleep on my back. I was ecstatic because this is a major problem for me. Never have I saw such a genius of a pad for incontinence,that is both comfortable and sturdy,and held up very well under any scrutiny I could have imagined. Thank you for allowing me to sample. I'll never look at leaks the same or as a deterrent to being the best I could be with an incontinence problem.

They keep me nice and dry while I'm sleeping and they pretty much hold up while I'm doing errands and taking care of my daughter. I would recommend this for people who have a pretty similar problem that I have and have incontinence due to pregnancy , or for any other health issues. What I like the most is that the top and the bottom of the pad or extra wide so that the whole seat is covered. It makes a difference as far as coverage so that's a good feature. On One Note there was a pretty good control as far as odor, but then again I like to use two pads at the same time for that problem. What I really did not like is that the sticky part of the bottom wasn't at all secure so there were times where I could feel it moving around more. Other than that things are pretty good pads to use and they are reliable enough for everyday use.

They cover from front to back and don’t have that itchy feeling some pads provide. I also like that the pads don’t shift and stay in place through out the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened these I was aghast at how large they were, thinking there was no way they could wouldn’t be bulky and uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they much more discreet and comfortable than expected. They also absorbed really well and had no leaks.

I loved the design of the old overnights. This was the perfect pad!!! In early 40s I was finally comfortable with wearing protection. I wore them in the day time (when I needed the most protection) because they didn't show through my clothing and provided great coverage. Your new pad is bulky to me and it shows through clothing. I have opted to taking chances because I cant find the perfect pad by any company. Anyway to go back to the old design or make a new product that provides the same as your older overnight. :(

Usually full absorbent underwear is the way to go, but I decided to try the Poise Ultimate Overnight Pads. They certainly cover a lot of area and I love the design with the wider back. Unfortunately, with no wings to hold them in place, these pads still fold up and expose portions of underwear.
