It's great that the pad has a wide back because sometimes during my period the blood doesn't like to stay on the pad and goes onto my underwear so i have to throw a lot of unwear away because of that. So i know i would be covered durint the night without worry i would definitely recommend it

As a guy with minor bladder leaks & urgency, I haven’t had luck with the products “for men.” They feel loose & lack good coverage, at least for me. However, the Poise Overnight Pads work great for me. Just invert it, so the wider part is toward the front. I want other men with these issues to know it’s a great product. And ladies, if you have a man who has these issues, tell him about it. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title implies, I thought the Poise Extra Coverage Overnight pads were large and very bulky. I did like the length of the pads. Because I am a bit larger then I used to be, this was a plus for me. They could've been slightly narrower as this is where it felt bulky. The first couple nights took some getting used to. I generally wear the briefs so with the pad it was somewhat uncomfortable. The idea the pad would shift while I slept was disturbing in case I DID have an accident. For those of you who don't mind the pad, then I would recommend it. Although I didn't have an accident worth talking about, I believe the absorbancy rating would definitely be on the high side.

When she has a hard time managing to get off her bed and to the bathroom they hold the leakage she might have on the way there. Now her pants and undies don't get urine on them. So thankful and grateful for these full sized samples, because we would probably still have problems trying to get her into the bathroom with a mess to boot. So thank you from the bottom of my heart because you saved us a lot of trouble. Now we can say that we will be buying these Pads in size 5 from now on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pad were wonderful. Even though they are large , they fit well and stay in place. They don't bunch up like some pads do. I didn't wake up damp like I have sometimes and didn't feel like I had to hurry in case I had an oopsy before I got to the restroom. I liked the wider back so I had extra protection if I was sitting or laying down. These pads are the best I have used and I will defiantly be telling people about them and I plan on purchasing them. Usually full absorbent underwear is the way to go, but I decided to try the Poise Ultimate Overnight Pads. They certainly cover a lot of area and I love the design with the wider back. Unfortunately, with no wings to hold them in place, these pads still fold up and expose portions of underwear.

I wouldn’t say they are better or worse than others, but definitely could be more comfortable. The material likes to stick to my skin once it gets “wet”. Not my favorite feeling, but they do absorb well.
