We love our QLED 75' TV!! The picture is wonderful and it makes movie night feel like we're at the theater. We've recommended highly to family and friends, and look forward to upgrading our entertainment area with more of Samsung‘s great products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV but the sound is awful. The control options are plentiful which has helped immensely with my photo phobia. The sound is just so muffled that I can't recommend this one.

The remote control is too busy. The buttons are too small. Navigation is confusing. I can not add an App in the main menu. I have to go to SEARCH to start my App.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall nice monitor. It does have issues. Seems the wifi card installed doesnt seem to keep up or the internal software is impairing. Seems to have a bit of lag with certain apps that have low cache. Example, Netflix works great but as we all know Netflix will work great with the worst connectivity. However the Spectrum app is horrible 😫. Why is it that when the monitor is unplugged it looses settings. Example- power off timer that i like to set for everyday at 2AM.

Brightness is good and in general, I like the product. The Vibrancy and color depth is good for a device in this price point. The interface is a touch confusing, but, once I got the hang of it, I'm fine. I have several ROKU tvs and the interface is similar, but, I do find the ROKU interface a little more intuitive and user friendly. Just my opinion. In general, I'd highly recommend this device to friends and family.

You know the remote with 42 buttons on something the size of a Snickers candy bar. My arthritis ravaged fingers have a real hard time working it. It REALLY sucks. I feel other TV's may have a better picture by sharpness, but they are too expensive. We are certainly enjoying this TV and also happy to install/start up this TV by calling Samsung for help.
