[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our Samsung 55in QLED 4K TV and we are loving it. The picture quality is perfect. Colors have never been so vivid on a TV before. I love the adaptive brightness controls. The interfere is easy to use and almost works itself.

It has a different problem, two one pixel vertical lines near the right edge - one red and one green - that’s over 4000 bad pixels. Samsung support agrees it’s a problem but has not followed up on human chat promise to service or replace it.

The 100% Color Volume means the colors don't wash out when you turn up the brightness-reds stay rich and blues stay deep. Powered by the Q4 Lite Processor, the 4K upscaling is surprisingly sharp; even older 1080p content looks crisp and modernized on the massive 65-inch panel.

The skin tones are beautiful and the images clear and sharp. Setting it up was unbelievably easy. When we plugged in our sound bar and Blu-Ray player, it connected to them in a matter of seconds without any other steps. The remote layout could use some redesigning. Some of the more commonly used buttons could be relocated and made a bit larger to avoid hitting the wrong one. Overall, we are in love with this purchase and have become Samsung fans!
