[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The resolution is not clear. In the store, it looked very sharp, but when I took it out of the box, it wasn't as clear as it was in the store. Is this a trick to steal our money? It's a lie. Shame on them. Also, the remote is very poor, with a very clumsy and awkward design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the outstanding crystal clear resolution, and the colors are all so vibrant. Blacks are blacker than I've seen before, so contrast is good... Brightness leaves something to be desired. Interace feels clunky but gets the job done.

I was really excited to get a Samsung TV. I have purchased Samsung phones for years and they have always been great and I expected the same for the TV. The distortion on my streaming apps is horrible. I have to wait for the TV to adjust automatically. Right now I'm looking at one of my favorite shows on my IPad because the TV picture quality is horrible. I've adjusted settings and reset to factory but nothing works. I have a big screen LG TV that's over 10 years old and it still has spot on HD clarity. I will definitely have to buy another brand and give this one away. Just so disappointed.

The brightness and the contrast was perfect. Very quick when we were switching between apps and pretty easy to figure out everything and set up was simple, fast, and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 55 inch toshiba from 2011. Huge upgrade in display quality. Very bright and clear to see in sunlight. I like the samsung plus tv channels. Easy to use. Had enough HDMI ports for a nintendo switch Blu-ray player and samsung sound bar using the arch connection. Wish it had digital out but its ok. The storage is not much but if you dont have too many apps its fine. Connects with smart things so I can see notifications from my samsung appliances. I like the standard remote it comes with however my dog chewed it up and I had to order a replacement. I found no physical buttons on the tv itself not even a power button. But you can use your phone to control it if you need to.
