The remote control is too busy. The buttons are too small. Navigation is confusing. I can not add an App in the main menu. I have to go to SEARCH to start my App.

Full of bloatware, you have to sign in to your Samsung account if you want to use any apps, and you have to sign in every time the TV boots up. Wish I bought a different brand.

The TV is good and everything, but the back lights went out. And then you went out. We had a pretty much problem right there about to replace some TV's good other than that.
