[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is awesome, size is perfect for our room. The picture is great. 4k really is amazing to me. The ambient lighting in our room make the color and brightness of the TV pop. The controls are very easy to use the software in the TV. Not sure I can speak to the contrast of the TV as it replaces another Samsung TV that was many years old and it had great contrast.

Now the picture keeps going out and coming back on. Not sure what is going on with it. I thought maybe internet connection but other Tv's in the house work fine. Any idea what could be wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall nice monitor. It does have issues. Seems the wifi card installed doesnt seem to keep up or the internal software is impairing. Seems to have a bit of lag with certain apps that have low cache. Example, Netflix works great but as we all know Netflix will work great with the worst connectivity. However the Spectrum app is horrible 😫. Why is it that when the monitor is unplugged it looses settings. Example- power off timer that i like to set for everyday at 2AM.

This TV is perfect for viewing from any angle and the ability to tune all the the settings to my liking is a bonus. Contrast and the resolution are great and the brightness is the best ive seen. I wish I would have purchased this TV sooner.

It has many more features than my previous Television , But it's A lot newer than my previous television! My only complaint is that The remote control does not have a voice feature. Personally, I think every television television, no matter the price or the brand, should have this feature on its remote.

Most reviews praising it are from buyers just weeks into owning it though, so I can't vouch for how it holds up long term, only one guy mentioned running a 14-year-old Samsung set still going strong, and that's the kind of proof that actually matters to me. For the price, it delivers more than enough for everyday streaming and bright room viewing, just don't expect flagship level contrast in the dark.

I feel other TV's may have a better picture by sharpness, but they are too expensive. We are certainly enjoying this TV and also happy to install/start up this TV by calling Samsung for help.
