We have a bright room, and the picture quality isn't affected. The refresh rate has been great as we do some gaming on the TV, and there has been no lag. Very happy!

The software navigation is very bad and non intuitive. The Samsung home is annoying as it gets in the way of watching what I want to watch

The sound system is also a vast improvement due to the speakers being mounted on the bottom as opposed to the back of the TV like older models. Easy set up. And great access to installing Apps and switching between them.

The TV industry are to focus on the picture quality and not the sound quality. Speakers are either in the back or on the side so that makes it a less efficient sound. Samsung should make a tv with speakers that face on the bottom and outward to the audience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV Im big on Samsung devices they all work so seamlessly and the TV has all the smart features plus the picture to back it up especially picture quality for movies and shows , gaming is also a 5 with 120hz refresh rate. I would buy one for every room if I could afford it!!!

Samsung channels are an upgrade and surprisingly enough we find the remote control easy to use and don't even miss the number pad. Quickly learned and adapted to the new remote. Only issue we had was we had to purchase next generation TABLO over the air channel DVR and bit of a challenge to get TABLO App on TV and get it in the App lineup.
