I saw this one and knew this TV was the one I was going to save up for! It is worth the wait and patience. The picture is great and the Samsung operating system is so smooth. The color is amazing and picture is perfect. I know there will be many more years to come for the family of fun and enjoyment. Looking forward to saving up for my next one!

I'm very happy with the Samsung S90FD. The picture quality is amazing — bright colors, deep blacks, and excellent detail. The OLED display really feels like a big step up from a regular LED TV. The TV is very fast, and the menus and apps open without any noticeable lag. I especially love the picture quality when watching movies and sports. The sound is also good for such a thin TV, although a good soundbar would make it even better. The design is very thin and modern, and the TV looks premium and elegant. For the price, I think it's one of the best options in its class. I definitely recommend the Samsung S90FD. Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic TV! It installed and started up immediately, meshed perfectly with my other products and the updates installed seamlessly. The picture quality is outstanding, so glad I didn't choose a cheaper unit. The sound is great, I will be installing a Sonos bar next. We will definitely purchase more of this class, I hope it comes in 100" for the next room. The TV is amazingly thin, it looks like a floating sheet of glass on the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only complaints are the newer OS where it takes you to a "home page" instead of just being a bar across the bottom. Most of the time taking you out of the current app, and not letting you exit the menu easily. I'm not a fan of the one middle stand instead of legs towards either end. I just want to spread the weight out evenly and I think it looks cleaner without a big black plastic piece in the middle. I really like the older curved remote but I think if the new remotes with the solar back were a little bigger I'd be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the picture quality, hate the remote. I was able to find a video on youtube that explained what most of the setup controls were. The remote is the worst I've ever used. Doesn't light up in the dark, no way to enter channel numbers, no last channel button. Why do I have to use workarounds?

This is a great TV. Awesome picture sharpness and brightness. However, the sound is unpredictable. There is an option to auto adjust the sound, but you can't figure out how it works. Sometimes the sound is too low, so you turn it up, but a next minute it jumps to loud. Next minute it's too low. There is no rhyme or reason. So I turned it off but again you never know if you need to turn it down to 10 or up to 50. I love how thin it is with a small stand. You could easily put it in your fireplace mantle without needing a bracket.

AI makes it easy if you don't want to adjust anything out of the box, but it gets in the way when you want to make manual changes. So, instead of feeling better for upgrading from a 17-year-old non-smart TV to an AI-powered OLED, I feel like I have entered a Greek tragedy where a mortal fights against the Fates. Since I don't have the hubris of Odysseus, I am content to accept what Samsung has decided I need and leave setting AI optimized. The positive part is that I got exactly what I saw in the store, but the weakness is that if you don't like it at home, you may have to take it back to the store.

One small remote !?! It would have been very helpful to have an idiots guide to learn this remote and TV. Cabeling and selection of connected devices took me forever to learn and I know that some is still not working. Yeah, you guessed it , I'm 80 years old and not a technophobe. I cannot profess to being a person currently up with technology but so what! Can't younger people write product use guides for the older masses needing a new TV?

The UI is horrific. Clunky and slow, but worst of all, the TV automatically turns itself on activates its "music wall" when you walk by with a phone or when a Bluetooth device within range broadcasts a pairing request, which some cheap Bluetooth transmitters do, without an option to shut them off. Even a nearby neighbor's device could trigger it. Google it, you'll find lots of complaints about this, which Samsung considers a "feature" and which cannot be deactivated. Good picture quality, which is why I give it 2 stars But I'm probably going to return it. I can't have Samsung deciding when my TV will turn by itself.
