Great Value TV and selection of Samsun TV Plus

I bought this at Costco. great value for a TV, especially with all the SAMSUNG TV Plus selections. Two things that they can improve on: 1) Remote - the volume and channel change buttons are too small. They should improve on this 2) the Apps menu that goes along with the Samsung TV Plus, TV, Apple Play, Live Air, Netflix, etc. When I select on Home in the Remote, all those apps are too small...the highlight is not bright good enough to select the apps, often going on level lower. I wish those App icons were larger.

Not happy

We have had our new Samsung TV FOR ALMOST A MONTH, and we still haven’t been able to use it properly. I’ve gone on YouTube and the internet, following the directions to update the Smart hub, but to no avail. We can’t even download our apps. It is very frustrating and we’re thinking of bringing it back.

Great TV at a very good price.

The picture is absolutely gorgeous . Very bright, excellent contrast, excellent uniformity, and very responsive. I also love the fact that it uses Wi-Fi 6. I do wish that the home menu would show the “continue watching” for the various apps (streaming services). It would make find our shows so much easier.

TV is great. I only purchase this brand for the network its has but have never been disappointed with the quality of the brand and I own six of them in varying sizes. Only issue is that I'm sixty-seven and don't like having to learn a whole new remote that is not intuitive for us old fogy's

No regrets this time

This 77-inch Samsung OLED is an absolute masterpiece, perfectly blending jaw-dropping scale with unmatched picture quality. The infinite contrast and perfect blacks of OLED technology, combined with Samsung’s blazing-bright Quantum Dots, make colors explode off the screen. It handles fast-paced sports and next-gen gaming flawlessly with a high refresh rate, while the razor-thin design makes it a stunning centerpiece for any room. If you want the ultimate cinematic home theater experience, this is the TV to buy.

Awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a great picture and easy to use. One thing I'm not so happy about is you have to change the settings when there are dark scenes in the show because it's hard to see what is happening. It's an easy fix but I wish it would do it automatically.

Love Samsung but disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs. 7 of my 9 TVs are Samsung. In the future I plan to buy only Samsung or Sony TVs. But this latest buy has disappointed me. The skin tones of people change shades as we are watching TV. It is very distracting. I want it fixed.

Hi Pill, Thank you for your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you're seeing on your TV. To help determine if the issue is related to the panel itself, we recommend starting with a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition image you can examine for flaws: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If the issue appears during the test and across all sources (built-in apps, HDMI devices, etc.), it may indicate a panel-related concern. You can also try displaying solid-color test videos (red, green, blue, black, white) from a USB drive or YouTube. This can help you identify whether any pixels are stuck or not functioning properly. In some cases, unplugging the TV for a few minutes and rebooting it can help resolve stuck pixels caused by temporary display behavior. If the problem persists after these steps, the TV may require service. To set up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat and additional support resources are also available through the Support link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Supreme quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of this TV is absolutely amazing. I have it connected to a receiver and a room full of speakers and it is like a true movie experience inside my home. You become completely engaged with what you're watching and thoroughly enjoy the experience. The brightness and color are incredible. The resolution quality is top notch. Contrast is amazing. I will only purchase Samsung TV's.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is so clear and colors are vibrant and crisp. Only thing I don’t like is the main screen when I turn on the tv. There may be a way to set it up where it starts up with my DirectTV but I’m unaware of it. My previous Samsung didn’t do this. Even when I have DirecTV set as my provider the start up screen has it in a small screen and you have to wait for it to switch to full screen. Also if I want to switch to use an app I have to sign in to my Samsung account each time and if I stay signed in the TV starts up with the Samsung TV channel which isn’t what I want. Maybe one day I’ll figure out how to set it up the way I want.

Best viewing in bright rooms from any angle *****

I have wanted an OLED and finally decided to pull the trigger - didn't think it could be any better than my nanoQLED but I was wrong. Blacks are inkier and the bright daylight doesn't seem to make movies (which seem inherently dark) recede into the background any more. Can't wait for football season to start, basketball and soccer are great but . . . Highly recommend - you won't regret the upgrade, I promise.
