The colors are incredibly vivid, and the HDR performance is breathtaking. Compared to my friend’s LG OLED, the Samsung feels more refined—especially in terms of brightness and detail in both dark and bright scenes. The TV has become the centerpiece of our evenings. Whether it's movie night with the family or catching a big game on the weekend, it pulls you right in with its cinematic feel. Even just navigating the smart interface feels fast and intuitive, and the deep blacks really elevate every scene. If you're on the fence between OLED brands, this one stands out. Television works very well. Support regarding initial setup could be vastly improved.

We have a need of a replacement remote and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to order one.
