I was curious about the new Downy Rinse and Refresh, and after using it I am hooked! What a great product, fresh and extra crisp clean.

I like that I have another Cool Cotton to use on my clothes. My clothes smell so good. The price is reasonable. Can I use my softer with this too!?

Nice product, but needs a better easy pour lid!! All advertisements that I've seen, show a flip/easy pour lid. The product isn't like that.

Wow! The product delivered what Downy said it will do with impressive results. I have a very sensitive skin and sinuses and I had no side effects.

I washed my sheets using this in the rinse cycle and there is no scent at all. I’m going back to my former Avon fabric softener.

Every time I put the downy rinse in my washer there’s waste on container.Either change the container or I won’t buy it again

While I had Great Hopes for this product it being Downy it did nothing to remove the sweat smells from the necklines of my shirts

How do you open the lid???? I’m on my second bottle. Product great. Packaging not so much.
