The most wonderful smelling products

My wife and I really love this product because of the way it removes odors from clothes and leaves a fresh beautiful smell to our laundry. I always get compliments on the way I smell, which is definitely a big part of your products

On my second bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For washing kennels supplies for the pups, this has been a game changer! I’m already on my second bottle! This is simple to use and helps so much with odor from washable supplies!

It's runny, and smells great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super love this product, and it smells amazing. IT is more on the liquid side, and I feel it lasts longer than the traditional softeners. Already got a replacement!

Never worked for me

Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but seems like the clothes don’t get washed as well every time I’ve used this. Shells come out better with just fabric softener.

reply from Downy

Hello Dear Consumer. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Downy Rinse Out Odor is designed to work alongside your detergent, not replace it. It acts as a deep cleansing fabric rinse with 3X more odor removal power, helping to remove stubborn odors and residues that detergent alone might miss. For best results, use it by pouring into your liquid fabric softener dispenser or directly in the rinse cycle, starting with about 1/4 cup for normal loads and more for tougher odors. Unlike traditional fabric softeners, it rinses away residues for fresher, softer, and brighter fabrics. So, if your clothes feel less clean, make sure you’re still using your regular detergent first, then add Downy Rinse to boost odor removal. Hope this helps and if you need further assistance give us a call at (800) 688-7638.
