This is literally the best coffee machine I have ever used now I drink nothing but iced lattes every day and they are literally better than Starbucks if you're looking for a good product definitely try this one and the pink color is amazing Easy set up. The only downside is that the pods are kind of expensive but that can be expected with such an advanced machine. Maintenance is easy. I clean it around once a week. It's super simple. The noise is about three out of 10. It is a little noisy, but it is brewing no more than a regular coffee pot learning curve is easy you press the button you wait for it to become solid and you pop your potted. It is great.

Could use better instructions that you don't press the button to turn it on once you open and put a pod in it turns on. Accidentally brewed an iced coffee because I pressed it to wake up and again to brew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so lovely! We have a larger machine at work and I had to get one of these cute ones for home. I'm about to have a baby and hot coffee is a morning staple for me. This is the easiest most delicious cup of coffee.

I deeply regret swapping my original Nespresso VertuoPlus for the Pop. I mainly did the swap because the original didn't make 12oz coffee and I was spending too much using 2 7oz pods to make a big cup of coffee. This machine is literally 2 week old and it has twice move my mug due to vibration and all my coffee has ended up on my kitchen counters. The design is not friendly. The pod compartment is super small so you have to empty constantly. The water tank is also small, so you will need to refill often.But the most important part is that this machine makes 12oz pods, but you can't put a 12oz mug or tumbler because there's no space for it. I have to use a regular 12oz mug, brew my coffee, and then swap to my tumbler. A non-issue with the OG Vertuo. I do understand that this machine was possibly desgined for college students, small spaces, etc...but it is not a great design. I wished I kept my OG Vertuo ( I sold it to get this one).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my mom as a Mother's Day Gift. She loves my Nespresso coffee and I wanted her to have her own. The ordering experience was simple and the package arrived quickly. The set up was simple for my mom (she's in her 80's) and her Virtuo Pop fit perfectly in her small kitchen. She was so excited to receive her own Nespresso machine and pods. This gift was a home run!!!

The taste is good but the spout/tray design is flawed. I also find that the nespresso really limits your options. I love to explore small batch roasters but you can't do that with these machines... you get nespresso branded or Starbucks and thats it. Its disappointing. My Kerrigan and pour over get more use than the nespresso.

I've had this product for two days and it's truly wonderful! It's a simple machine with complex performance. I highly recommend it! It makes a stellar espresso and regular coffee! On the downside, though, some of the instructions are a little difficult, even with videos.… Or perhaps it's just me… I love that there's an app that ties into your machine through Bluetooth. Perhaps at some point, the cost of the pods will be reduced. Just a tad pricey.
