So clunky. The entire top half of the machine lifts up and you have to push down with all your might to close it, then lean on it with one arm to move the lever to “lock” to actually get the coffee brewed. It is also incredibly loud. I’m honestly shocked with all the fine star reviews. I had a larger Nespresso with the easily open / close (semi automatic open close) small top where just the capsule area top opens/closes. Ok this pop+ machine legit the entire top half has to open - such a horrible design. Spend the extra $ and go up a size so you can get a machine that is easier to use and not so clunky. Returning.

There are tons of pod options available (though expensive so I recommend a reusable pod and then just fill it with your coffee of choice). It’s quick and pretty to look at. I really am so pleased with this machine. I did receive this free to review, but I had been eyeing it anyways to buy. If I hadn’t received it I would’ve bought it anyways. It’s very good!!

I ordered the Vertuo Pop+ in Aqua Mint on Saturday and got it on Tuesday and Monday was a holiday. Very fast shipping and delivery. This is my very first Nespresso and I’ve only had one cup, which was the Alto Ambrato, and I have to say I am very impressed. First, the coffee brews fast and this is the large 12oz cup, and second, the coffee tastes great. I added a little of my caramel almond creamer to the bottom of the cup first and then brewed the coffee. It was the perfect amount. Not too sweet. Just perfect. Much better than watered down K-cups. I stopped using those awhile back because they were just not great coffee at all. I can’t wait to try the other coffees I purchased and got free. I got 24 pods free so plenty to try. The machine was easy to set up and was to use. My normal mug was too tall so I just pulled the machine to the edge of the counter and held my mug under it to brew it. I have a shorter, wider mug on the way so that won’t be an issue. But I may just put my machine in top of my pod drawer so I can use other mugs. Mind you I’ve only brewed one cup so far but I’m really impressed with that first cup. Also, I love the aqua mint color. It goes perfect with my coastal theme kitchen and I love that this machine has Bluetooth so you can keep the software in it updated. The app is really helpful. The machine is small, which is what I wanted since I have limited counter space. I love it!

Ordered it a few days ago and made several cups of coffee. My Vertuo Next died out on me after 5 years of daily use so I ordered the Pop because im the only one who drinks it. I love the bright red color and design. No difference In brewing excellent coffee, however, I gave it 4 stars because it's a very noisy machine! My other machine was quieter.....

I bought this a fortnight ago to replace a six year old original Vertuo that gave up. I love the looks of the POP+, and it makes great coffee, even if the mechanics of the brew are a bit akward after using the Vertuo. But I would like to remark that the machine sounds as though it struggles to work: it is relatively noisy compared to the Vertuo, and the hight of the spout is much lower, precluding use of the travel mugs we used previously.

I also needed a way to consistently make great coffee when entertaining. I, with my Nespresso-Vertuo machine have confidence in making a great cup of coffee every time!

Challenge accepted! Hooked with her fist sip! Her kids were looking for a Mother's Day gift idea and Vertuo Pop Machine was exactly what she needed. I placed the order and had the machine within a week. She received the gift on Mother's Day and she's already ordered more coffee. - That was only 6 days ago! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW!! This is a very cool machine and makes delicious coffee!! I’ve used varies single serve machines before and this is by far my favorite. It scans to pods to know exactly the output of water, cup size etc. vs having to adjust every time. Glorious storage for used pods. All around SO SLEEK and easy to use. I’m impressed!

Love making iced lattes at home. It’s hard to not want to make multiple drinks a day. Enjoy the milk frother too - great for making steamers for my toddler. Also made hot chocolate in it once.
