Do not recommend. This machine is useless, a waste of money and will break not long after you buy it. I descaled it as I was instructed and immediately after it stops working and nothing will fix it. In store help was also useless. We have had 3 different vertuo machines and all three have stopped working within months. If you do buy one, get the older models. The older models actually are great and have lasted years. Could not recommend the vertuo less.

I bought this style coffee maker due to my other one had been stored for 5 months and had gotten mold in it and was leaking from bottom. Saw this model and liked that it would fit in my new smaller house. Works great love that it is smaller but with still great flavor!

For college, I originally bought a Keurig, but was very disappointed when I tried the coffee. It was overly bitter and had a burnt taste. I bought this Nespresso as a replacement and was thrilled when I tried it for the first time! I usually stick to just espresso, but this machine turned me into a coffee lover. The coffee is very smooth and doesn't have a bitter taste to it at all. It really does make the best coffee I've ever had, and I will be using it every morning before my 8 am class this fall.

I lived over five decades as a non-coffee drinker, keeping a coffee maker on hand for my guests. I recently acquired a taste for espresso in drinks and various recipes. This machine allows me to make espresso for me and allows coffee-dependent guests to get their "fix" of whatever drink they prefer. Easy to use. Everyone seems to love how they taste. Overall, very happy - although I received it as a gift, and the color is most definitely not what I would have selected!

I have owned this for a few months and the mechanism that picks up the pod and deposits it into the bin rarely works. It’s also the messiest machine. I always find spills underneath the machine. It can also be very loud and rattles at times. I completely regret buying this crappy machine!

However, after a few uses we became obsessed with the taste and possibilities. I used to crave starbucks at least 2-3 times a month but since getting the nespresso I haven't even thought of it. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about the machine to do it!

Honestly, my favorite coffee machine I’ve ever bought not to mention I got it on sale for Fourth of July but needs to say I would’ve spent the money on it. Either way comes in so many colors. It’s such a great small machine does everything it needs to do I love it.
