[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a drip coffee machine, a keurig machine and an espresso machine in the past. I finally decided to switch to a nespresso machine and I am so glad I did! I loved my espresso machine but as a new mom, I just didn’t have time to make and clean it every day. I loved the easiness of my keurig machine, but the coffee always tasted bad. The nespresso machine combines an espresso machine producing taste with the ease of the keurig.

I did the machine comparison tool on the website and chose this Vertuo Pop+ because according to the tool it could do carafe brews. Then I get the machine and it says not compatible. Very misleading but I also liked the style and the Bluetooth features. I have a Vertuo Deluxe (or whichever it is that’s more expensive) and honestly don’t understand how a more expensive model didn’t do Bluetooth or carafe pours so that was my driving force for the pop +. Again. Disappointing and I guess I’m keeping both. :-/

( I almost think its a defect) The discard pod feature doesn't always work so I manually need to remove them. I knew it would be a short machine but wish my yeti fit under it. The coffee tastes great but miss my older machine.

My entire family loves morning coffee from them. Bought a virtuo pop+ machine too from the product list. Enjoying to the great level everyday multiple times :) I just want to say to Nespresso thank you! Also please lower your prices. With this economy it's getting tough.

I received the package bent up with my coffee pods so I was disappointed about that because they were limited edition.. however I upgraded my keurig to this and it worked perfect still. I wish there was one that did beans/espresso and the pods though! I get up every morning looking forward to making my coffee. Thank you so much

We got this machine because it could brew all the different sizes and was a more compact deisgn. But it's so poorly deisgned that closing the top down is always a guessing game (sometimes it doesn't close right), and it's too short to put a tall glass underneath it, which is required for the larger size capsules!

I was a long time Keurig user but I decided to try Nespresso after being disappointed for the last time with lackluster coffee. I'm so glad I did. The coffee my Vertuo makes is incredible and consistent every single time. I'm never going to be without a Nespresso.
