[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a drip coffee machine, a keurig machine and an espresso machine in the past. I finally decided to switch to a nespresso machine and I am so glad I did! I loved my espresso machine but as a new mom, I just didn't have time to make and clean it every day. I loved the easiness of my keurig machine, but the coffee always tasted bad. The nespresso machine combines an espresso machine producing taste with the ease of the keurig.

I ordered this for myself as a Christmas gift. I researched different options for purchase, and Sam's had the best value. I used the coupon for the $40 off nespresso vertuo pods and had no trouble redeeming. Set up was easy. The milk frother is awesome!!! I made a cappuccino and a hot chocolate for my daughter in a few minutes. The frother makes super fluffy foam! If you are a coffee drinker, you will not be disappointed! If you are thinking of buying one.... this is your sign!

Machine works great and I'm very happy with it (so far). It is exactly what I needed and the frother is a nice add on. The price is great. The bad review is based off the $40 off coupon it claims to include (which is one of the reason I purchased). It doesn't work and the coupon is invalid. I spent 1 hour on hold with nespresso trying to get the code to work. Not sure if it's because it's not sold directly from nespresso, but buyer beware the coupon code of $40 off next coffee order does not work and it's a hassle to try and fight it and get the code!

I'm sure the coffee maker will be fine, however the lack of pods for this model disappointing. Had typed in Vertuo pods and assumed that what pulled up would be for that model, however all pods for Nepresso is for the original only so will need to return 2 boxes of pods when received.

Coffee is smooth and creamy and I use only a touch of cream as a result. My mornings are truly improved now that I have my Nespresso!
