[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Vertuo was starting to conk out (but it lasted us a solid 7 years and 3 moves!), so we decided to get the sleeker Vertuo Pop+. It looks great. Fairly quiet. But the downside of the sleekness is limited space for the disposal bin for the pods. The disposal bin also gets a tiny bit of liquid in there from the pods. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. Works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Mother’s Day gift last year and have used it nearly every day since. I absolutely love it! I had it gifted to both of my sisters and we call every morning while making our coffee. It’s super consistent and easy to use!

Could use better instructions that you don’t press the button to turn it on once you open and put a pod in it turns on. Accidentally brewed an iced coffee because I pressed it to wake up and again to brew.

I was gifted the Vertuo Pop+ cream/yellow top as a housewarming gift. It came with a sample pack of different sized coffees. We only made it through about 6 of the samples when the machine stopped making coffees. It would make all the regular sounds a machine would make but it dribbled out some water and then when we opened it found out it foamed up around the capsule holder/cage. Looked up tips as to how to fix the problem it worked 1 or 2 times and then went back to foaming up around the same area. Tried one more time to fix the problem but it kept having the same problem. I didn't want any more hassles of trying to fix it, so it got sent back. Now I'm trying to figure out which Vertuo machine to replace the Vertuo Pop+. The coffee we were able to make were great.

I love the versatility of being able to make regular coffee and an espresso in different ways. Only machine i’ve had that doesn’t completely dilute the drink when making iced drinks. Only thing i don’t love is how closing and locking the machine feels when putting a pod in, it isn’t smooth and has caused coffee spilling out the back but that could have been user error lol.

I like the Nespresso Vertuo because it’s quick, convenient, and consistently makes smooth, great-tasting coffee. It’s super easy to use, and I love that I can get a quality cup without any hassle or guesswork

No opinion yet on the actual machine, but a caution on the deal. The ads and the package say there is a $40 coffee voucher included. There was no such thing in my box. Called Nespresso and they said they needed a code to honor a voucher so nothing they could do. Also said they thought that promotion with Sam’s ended 12/31/25, despite Sam’s still advertising it and the printing on the box. The AI assistant at Sam’s said my only remedy is return/replacement and I couldn’t figure out a way to get a human. The machine looks great but gave to decide on the hassle of returning or eating the promised $40.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe in silver. This product makes a best coffee i’ve ever had! It comes out so smooth and flavorful! I have one each morning and it never disappoints! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo Pop Plus and love it but the one less star is because there was an issue 2 days ago when the coffee didn’t come out property. It for some reason leaked into the coffee tray in the back. Hoping it doesn’t happen again.
