I love this it's very durable for big dinners and performs amazing at special events. Cleaning it is so easy and you can fit so much food! It's so versatile by the settings.

Overly hot. All settings are the same temperature. Burns easily. Not impressed at all

Only has one heat setting. Boiling. High, low, keep warm is all boiling. Not sure how I'm going to be able to return it as it was a gift.

I bought this in October and the first time I used it the locking mechanism on the lid broke. I am so disappointed.

Only one part of heating coil works and takes several hours to heat up enough to start cooking, worst crockpot I have ever owned!

I love this, BUT the lid clamp broke after two uses. I have been unable to find a way to get it replaced. I hope to find a solution soon.

I have had this crock pot about a year, but the keep warm setting boils the liquid and even burnt my chili on one side of the pot yesterday.

I bought this years ago and it’s always been dependable. I don’t use it as much as I used to but when I do use it, it’s performed with out a hitch.
