Given to me as a gift, it is lovely looking, light weight and large enough. First use high 4 hours beef potaoes veggie put in at different times burnt bubbling on both ends during hot-low-warm same cooking temperatures burnt food and ven with liquid in pot the whole time beef was large outside burnt on both ends where liquid was bubbling alot.

The Crockpot has a good size to it. It is so simple to use. Fill the pot with the ingredients, set the countdown timer, secure the lid and all done. Well, it took a bit to chop the ingredients, but setting up the pot is super easy. It has a good even heat throughout the pot. The lid fastens nice and tight. And it is see through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! It's been five years since I last used a slow cooker, and this new one has totally blown me away! The silicone seal on the lid is a game-changer - it keeps everything airtight without drying out the food. Plus, the digital panel is so much more user-friendly than the old-fashioned I used to deal with. The size is perfect, too. I can easily cook a big batch of food, and the locking lid makes it ideal for transporting dishes without spills. Just one thing - I'd love to see more Asian-inspired recipes specifically designed for slow cookers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new crock pot since my old one broke so I was excited to try this one out. It has a few more bells and whistles then the old one. So to start out this one is blue and the outside has a texture on it that makes it feel durable. Then it has the stone ware that goes in it which is heavy duty and the lid that has locks on each side so it can travel without making a mess. This one still has the high, low and warm but it also has a digital screen that counts down so you know how long it's been cooking which is so convenient. I love using the crock pot for easy meals when we are busy but I don't always pay attention to when I start it or if I have my kids start it so this way I know how long it has to cook. This is the larger crock pot so I can fit alot of food in it. We love it and will get a ton of use out of it

But that’s not why you buy a crockpot; the lid attaches securely during transport and the rubber gasket prevents spills. The enameled container (white for easy visibility) is robust and heavy and retains heat wonderfully. I love using this crock pot.

I did read some reviews saying that it gets hot on the outside, and it does. At least mine didn't get too hot. If the idea is for you to cook & carry, you will need to wait until it cools down. The outer shell is very lightweight, which might suggest it is made from a cheap material. The stoneware and lid contribute to the overall weight. I am excited to see how long it will last.
