I’ve been using these and the half size for many years. Recently I’ve started purchasing the lids too. They are good for storing smoked/grilled meat and sides & desserts for get togethers. Best part: when you’re finished, just toss in the trash.

I recently purchased the Member’s Mark Aluminum Steam Table Pans, Full Size (18 Count) for catering and food storage. Unfortunately, my experience with these pans was less than satisfactory. All 18 pans came out of the box with a significant issue—the bottoms were not connected. As a result, they opened up during use, causing bad spills and inconvenience. Very bad quality especially during catering events.

These pans are great! Sturdy and large. Great for cooking larger meals when we have guests. Never used the lids they make for them, just foil. When we have leftovers, the pans can be folded to size and foiled to reduce the space needed in the fridge...

We bought the pans and lids to cook racks of baby back ribs. We can cook multiple racks at one time. Season both sides of ribs, set them in pan (on rack) with one cup of water. Cover with lid and cook @ 275 for 2-2 1/2 hours (in BBQ or oven). When tender, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce and put ribs directly on grill for 20 minutes more. YUM!!

I purchase these aluminum pans all the time. I cook a lot for my church and I have a big family. I hate washing dishes especially pots and pans. When I’m done I just throw the pan away. Sam club has a great price on them. Cheaper than buying them in other stores and they hold up. When you get the pans from the dollar store they are flimsy and not strong enough.
