They didn't fold like thinner pans do. The held up for the brisket and burnt ends I smoked for Thanksgiving.

The pans seamed to have gotten thinner. They are not as strong as they used to be. I use these for catering and I can’t put as much food as I used to.

These pan are fantastic. The quality is phenomenal. I would usually have to double my pans when I use other brands. However with these I don’t have that problem. I get to save product and money!
