We use everyday. We have to double up the pans most of the time. Please don't accept any thinner gauge product

Since the package size changed from 18-count to 15-count, the quality of these pans has noticeably declined. The pans are now much thinner and tend to buckle easily, even when carried properly. As a caterer, I have purchased thousands of these pans and matching lids over the years, but unfortunately both products now seem to be made with lower-quality materials. I have always relied on these pans for their durability, so this decline in quality is very disappointing.

Great pan!! We use them for so many things, especially when we are cooking outside!

These are great. Sturdy. I use them for thanksgivings every year. They can hold up, even when filled with mac and cheese

Unlike the flimsy pans typically sold at grocery stores, these are heavy duty and held up extremely well. Of course the bottom of these must still be supported, but they hold their shape despite the large amount of food they hold.

these used to be my favorite steam trays but they recently changed them the quantity that you receive is changed and they seem to be covered in some type of smelly residue that has to be cleaned off before use. They did this once in the past for a long period but it seems like they're starting to do it again
