First issue is the tv doesn't not work properly with my Polk surround sound system I called your support and was told I would need to get a new sound system. Next is the memory on the display requires me to continually reboot and clear the memory when playing games on my Xbox system

Overall, I am somewhat pleased with my QN80FD. The picture is very good. It has some glare points when the room is brighter that I think should not be on a screen at this price point. I do not like that I cannot add apps like YouTube TV to the home screen. The remote control is too small and difficult to operate and very sensitive to touch.

It's beautiful, so sleek and posh. You see the best colours once you enable Filmmaker mode for Picture. I love the stand; I'm able to accessorize my TV stand because of it. Now all I need is the backlight sync, and I won't need the cinema when it's right at home. Love this TV

We joke that when standing in front of it, we look like the weather person. It's been great so far. Nice upgrade. Took a while to get it put in place and connecting to our provider was too easy. Still not sure if we've done all the other stuff right yet and we are pleased so far.

I use my Samsung QN80F for the standard Streaming and movie watching the picture just jumps off the screen right at you. With the QN80F I can stay home Friday nights and have a movie theater experience right in my Living Room.

It offers me multiple functions with the ability to game with others, stream and post photos, along with many other options. The audio and visual is extremely clean and clear. The initial set up was very simple with easy to understand instructions. I highly recommend the Samsung TV to anyone that is in the market.

I was super excited to get my first 85” TV. I did the pre-work to prepare the wall where I was going to hang it. I got an appropriate sized wall mount and installed it. The TV came and it was definitely big and heavy, so I would need a helping hand. I finally got it up on the wall. Once I powered it on, it was bright and vivid. And that's where the good news ends. I didn't realize what I was getting when I purchased an AI enhanced picture. Everything was grainy and there was were these weird, subtle fluctuations in the picture. Then I noticed the small, bizarre picture anomalies. Textures were off and I saw the weird AI face abnormalities on distant faces, distortions that were typical of AI image generation. I was so disappointed. I just wanted to try to get the screen to be normal, so I tried to turn off all AI settings. I succeeded in getting rid of the AI motion blurring artifacts, but the weird textures and distortions remain. I'm really disappointed. I want a refund or a TV with no AI enhancement.

Excellent picture quality, plenty of features, 4k gaming and streaming looks amazing. Only down side is that features that were advertised such as recording OTA channels, which is stated in the product manual, do not exist in the US.

My last TV was also a Samsung and I didn't think twice about switching brands. The last thing that sold me is the technology this TV is like having a computer on the wall. Awesome!
