I've always used Samsung products and this is by far one of the best purchases I've made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV it has a really clear sharp vibrant picture the smart TV is easy to use and understand i bought it for my 81 year old roommate who has a difficult time with technology so I was just a little worried about the TV having to much stuff he was going to not understand and surprisingly it's super easy and straightforward and he loves it he says it is like being at the old theater and he had a hard time with being able to hear the old TV and this TV has good sound volume and clarity its the best purchase I have made as far as electronics goes i was able to carry it into the house and set it up all by myself and we were watching TV within 20 minutes time. It's not a premium TV, but for everyday use, it delivers exactly what most people need..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the first things you notice once you get the TV setup is the remote. The lack of number buttons and no microphone. This makes it a hassle to change channels. When you use the channel up/down button it takes you to the Samsung plus app even when you're watching antenna TV. Syncing the audio to the video is impossible for any length of time. When you get it synced for one channel, it's off on other channels. The two ten watt speakers are extremely under powered. You have to have the TV volume at half or better to hear most channels, and it won't go high enough to hear others. Samsung plus has a nasty habit of locking up, freezing, for several seconds at a time and usually in the most inopertune moments. This means you miss important scenes or happenings in the program you're watching. No microphone! The remote would be easier to tolerate if you could at least command the TV by voice. The menu seems clunky and not very well laid out or labeled. Pluses include that the TV starts quickly and has vibrant color.

While the TV has great color and sound it does see to have a mind of its own. The remote takes some getting use to. Just when I think I have it figured out something changes. I am a fan of Samsung though and I will keep working with it. This is my third Samsung TV and probably not my last. My children have my older TVs and they are still going strong. I just like to keep up with technology. I am 81 years old.

When turned on goes to Samsung TV then I need to use select button on my satellite [Direct TV] remote to take me to my original programing. At times this does not work, and I need to turn off TV and then turn on again to repeat. Is there a better way?

Features are great , wireless dex from my phone works seemlessly and smart things makes it so easy to use my phone as a remote. Can't wait till my living room tv breaks so I can replace it with a Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness and colors are perfect. The speakers that come with the TV are powerful enough for my living room and the sound is crisp. The only issue I found is the Smart TV software, it is a bit slow and sometimes it will close apps out of nowhere.
