I am planning to return Samsung (crystal UHD U7900F) 75” TV. It is Very hard to operate. Remote is very complicated and very hard to operate specially for older folks

My last tv was a Samsung, and was still in great working condition after 10 yrs! So I was sure I wanted another Samsung! Great color, my 1st smart tv, I'm still learning my way around it , but I like it!

Amazing TV with a great look. I also believe the back is metal and though you don't see the back when people go to move the TV with my swivel mount they always comment on it.
