I have on that was bought in 2011 that I still use, just put it a new room to be used for when I am doing my medical procedures so I don't have to move each time it is used since it will be used twice a day for an hour each time. I also have a 43” in my bedroom. I enjoy having Samsung products. I keep replacing them since 1980when I bought my first one. I haven't been disappointed in each purchase.

Good responsiveness and uniformity so far. Functions settings like Brightness, contrast, volume and balance. Upscaling is good as the screen is high-resolution. So far, its a great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is simple. This TV will not maintain its settings, especially the sound. I constantly have to mess with it to get it to work properley it contantly looses the sound settings in the middle of programs and you can't hear the show. It is often a nightmare to get the sound back. I have probably called support 50+ times, maybe many more. It also mucks up my Comcast connection on occasion. And it dosen't have enough HDMI ports making a sound bar very impractical if you want reliable sound. I tried in the past to get support to do something but never got any offers. I have all Samsung monitiors on my computers and love them, but you will have a very hard time getting me to buy another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for Christmas gift. Much larger than old TV. At almost 80, it has taken a bit to get use to, but younger minds helped get us through it. We in joy the apps and are able to add some of our own.

The 4K resolution is incredibly sharp, and the brightness and color vibrancy make everything look lifelike, whether the room is dark or brightly lit. It is an excellent television and worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person with limited vision my new Samsung 65” Crystal TV allows me to enjoy watching tv again. I had a smaller Samsung, 40”, before and the picture was not as clear to me. I had a hard time reading what scrolled across the screen and what was happening on screen. For people with low vision l would recommend this tv for more enjoyable watching.

Only complaint is that screen goes black when I switch to HOME on my DISH controller but sound remains on???Have to shut TV down and bring back up. Have learned to work around it. TV is not as easy to operate/navigate as my previous TV of a different brand. Probably would not choose this Samsung Model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the TV itself, if I pause a show for a few minutes it knocks me completely off by the time I come back then I have to go back to the app and get back to my show. I find that very annoying. And it doesn't have Pandora available. I hooked up a Roku device to solve these problems. But other than that I really like the TV itself, great picture! I still give it 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is the "pausing" issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a clear 4k picture with vibrant colors and a movie experience that you don't get at the theater. The Samsung tizen is is secure with my accounts. The brightness is amazing by not washing colors out.
