I was extremely happy until one day the TV fell over. I feel the footings were poorly designed and the TV was destroyed about 5 months after purchase.

I bought this back in 2021 at retail. Its 2026 and it never let me down! The picture is still bright and detailed. The sound is better than my soundbar!

This crystal tv is just great, brighter colors, easy to access features and very good sound also, only thing I miss is it doesn't have many usb and hdmi ports as older tvs used to have

55 inch Samsung is a great TV. I use it outside in the elements and it works great, color and contrast is perfect for the patio. I have 6 Samsung TVs and they all are great very reliable and great picture.

The upscale works very well. I really like the depth of color and responsiveness while watching action movies and MMA. It has very good brightness and the contrast is pretty amazing.

I like the picture size and clarity, but find it very difficult to navigate figuring out how to find different things to watch. There was no instruction manual.
