I had to buy a 3rd party to be able to fast forward and to do some other standard functions. With either control, the options work fairly slowly and the menu structure is cumbersome. Bluetooth works well and connects easily with my external ampllifier.

It was an affordable model. Average in Clarity and smoothness. Good on all other aspects. Failed quickly. After going through a long process of obtaining service, I accidently broke the screen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has an excellent picture. It is crisp and vibrant. The speakers in the tv aren't the best, has some weird sounds when a lot of action is on tv. I hooked it up to soundbar so all good there. All in all I am happy with tv.

I'm a true believer in them, when it comes to Phones , Watches, Sound Systems, TVs and dryers; that you can't go wrong getting. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that isn't the case though with their refrigerators (ice makers have a known defect) , Oven ( about 6 years into it the heating coils in the oven part went and it was cheaper to just buy another stove\ oven) , dishwashers (got rid of it in less then 3 years cause it constantly leaked and would trip the breaker) , washing machines (not horrible but going on 8 years and it's rusting from the inside out) , as those have been nightmares for me. But you'll never have an issue with a phone or a TV from them—they do it right. As far as I'm concerned their UI is leaps above Sonys. So if your like me and have comepletly cut cable and live off of every Steam Service. Samsung as figured out a way to make it all work so that you can see everything it knows you want to see and knows what I might like even though I've never heard of a show. And the best part is it ties in with my phones so always have a remote. The only think I wish they would approve upon is the Dolby Vision with streaming services. My Sony can do thst but then again it's 95 inches and cost 3k when I bout it three years ago.

Love the depth and colors on my TV. The picture is bright and the image is sharp. It makes my older movies look even better with the automatic upscale. With the deeper blacks in the background it helps create the depth and contrast needed to make the picture "come alive" more.

I recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a smooth experience. It also allows you to connect your Xbox account. Gaming is perfect with the vibrancy and contrast, and the overall experience with the TV is great. You can play 4K 60FPS, and everything looks rich and crisp.

It has wonderful color, its brightness is great not too dark or light. Good contrast and the 65” Crystal UHD has on spot contrast it is crystal clear. It is easy to install and is very responsive and helpful to setting up the tv. It is a real update from our previous tv which only had 4 years! I love the Samsung Plus. I also like how the local news comes with the tv it's a total upscale game changer! I love my Samsung.

Only downside is for some reason darkness in movies can be hard to make out depending on what you're watching and the quality of video. One other thing that could have been better was the speakers. They aren't as clear as I'd hoped but it's manageable.
