[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved the Arlo Pro 6 so much that we are planning on replacing our security doorbell from another brand with one from Arlo. It was very easy to install. The battery took about 12+ hours to charge at firs,t but after almost a week it’s still at 90% The catch is I discovered that it lasts a lot longer if you set a schedule. It’s so good at sensing motion and has such a good wide range that it was picking up our neighbors playing in the street and the battery seemed to be going down quickly. Once I had the schedule set up, the battery life greatly improved. It seems to be doing fine with the rain that I get where I live, it is under an overhang though so that helps. The video quality is excellent on my phone…I am especially impressed with the quality of the color night vision. It works much better than I thought it would. Great product for sure!

Installation is a breeze and the instructions are easy to understand. The motion detection has settings to turn it up or down and that’s a great feature.

I wanted it to be something that wasn't part of my doorbell - that people couldn't see. I have it up in a tree facing my front door - very inconspicuous. It's so small and love that feature! It takes such great images and is so clear - even at night! And the audio was a great bonus too! Very easy to install, charge, set up and happy that's it's battery powered so it doesn't need an outlet nearby. I feel safe and secure now when I'm home alone!

I really like that it can still be used without a subscription, although with some limitations, but the subscription is very affordable, so I'll keep it active..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Color Night Vision & Spotlight are my favorite parts! The video is crisp and clear, not blurry and unhelpful. The Smart Detections make it so I don't get a million notifications because the dog walked in view. I really love the custom alerts. You can set it for someone coming in the front door, deliveries, dog's eating, etc. I also like that it can call police and the fire department with a tap and they have inexpensive plans with added features if you need it. Super easy set up & installation with the included mount. it even has a sticker to put on your window. I'm using this to spy on my 8 month old puppy while I'm out. I'll eventually mount it over the garage because it's an outdoor camera, but for now I'm having fun talking to my puppy when I'm not home!

The battery does need to be removed from the camera and charged prior to installation. The charger plug is the same as the new usb plugs for iPhone and android which is so convenient as I have multiple in my home already. Everything on this camera is user friendly and simple to understand. The larger round button opens the camera to remove the internal battery when recharge is needed. I also love that the head can be tilted and turned once it is installed, no need to unscrew the camera to prefect the angle, just tilt. Lastly, the picture is so clear. The photo I posted was at night when it was fairly dark outside so I love how clear the picture is. Definitely happy to know I have a camera I can count on!

I have another c camera that allows to insert a memory card. And I can control my data. I do not like the idea of uploading my feeds to the cloud
