The installation was a breeze! We haven’t had too much rain (or any snow) since installing a week ago but I’m very hopeful for his to be a durable camera. We are very pleased with the quality of the images and are even more excited to say that now we have finally seen the bobcat!

The night quality is excellent, it detects motion and the battery lasts for months with no issue. Highly recommend Arlo cameras whether you need a camera for business use or your own personal use. I am mounting it on my house this weekend and the instructions on that part are pretty self explanatory. Easy to remove the camera for recharging. It has very good graphics on the camera

The battery is easy to recharge and easy to remove from the camera. The picture quality isn't the greatest but it's alot better them some of the others I have used. Sense motion and sounds quickly and captures the moments. Seems to be sealed well for good use out in the weather. Highly recommend

Went to cancel, got prompted to renew at 50% off annual plan. With credit for remainder of annual plan, it showed I should've been charged around $30. Got charged $145. Spent an hour with support for no resolution and they lied and said that applies to next years renewal. Next years renewal shows full cost currently. I just bought about $600 in new Arlo equipment too; returned right after that experience. Been a customer since the original line with 7 days lifetime cloud (which they also reneged on).
