Punched a kid for this even though there was enough for everyone there at the time. Also had to stay up past my bedtime to get this again later that night. My mom almost caught me.(I'm 27)

worst app to try to buy anything on. sams club is multi billion dollar company but cant maintain an app to keep bots out so paying members can actually order something during drops. so whats the point of to keep paying for a membership for.

However, changed to 1 star due to disappointment on the response and reason that Sams Club doesn't allow an "online purchase" if you previously purchased this item back in August 2025 (1 month ago or historically). Restricting items like this is unfair and there wasn't a notice regarding previous-purchase restrictions. Sams Club is unprofessional. Going to take business elsewhere.

well that disappointing... got membership for these pokemon drops only since sams kinda far away from me and always drop them in store when i need to drop my kid at school, and online drops never worked while bots checking out happily. Regret giving even $25 for membership. Refuse paying scalpers so just giving up. Bye.

If I could place a 0 or lower I would, this item was supposed to be restocked and available for purchase online 09/30/2025 at 10pm cst I waited, and refreshed the item it was never made available... I purchased a pro membership for an item that I never had access to...

I'm grateful to finally pull the Umbreon SIR from one of these! Sam's did a great job making sure scalpers aren't ruining it for the rest of us.

Initial drop was fine, hasn't shown in stock since. Sam's club catering to the bots, just like walmart.
