Sams website allows way to many bots to purchase products. Maybe they should go back to adding photos on membership cards so that normal people doing normal shopping can purchase products. 1 membership card per person and a photo ID that proves someone doesn't have 1000 accounts. It's absolutely ridiculous!

The last online drop of these went mostly to bots/scalpers, didnt drop at 10pm exactly and a lot of actual fans missed out on purchasing. Please make the future drops plus members only as to prevent bots. Futhermore, please make sure the add to cart button is working at the specified time, otherwise bot programs will find a way like last time to bypass and get all the product. Lastly when shipping items, make sure the shipping boxes are properly closed and secured.

The pools in these two boxes that were ordered were pretty good. nothing major. however, the packaging was so off. the box was not properly sealed or closed with the tape. it literally looks like both boxes that were delivered were either tampered with or pre-opened. I took pictures I submitted to Sam's with the lids open and it looked like they glued it back. definitely watch out for the items when they're delivered as well as the tape on the box was also not properly sealed. we didn't even have to do anything and the box opened up by itself.

First, the Sam's Club in South Gate, California, LA County does not receive their shipment (so the employees came out and said) and those of us who took the day off for this specific reason and chose that location were left hanging. Now the website didn't even load the product. Fantastic work, Sam's. Absolutely stellar performance.

Didn't drop for those of us that never got a box the first time. Not cool

worst app to try to buy anything on. sams club is multi billion dollar company but cant maintain an app to keep bots out so paying members can actually order something during drops. so whats the point of to keep paying for a membership for.

Making a review because your queue on your website is absolute *excuse me language* DOGCRAP. DO BETTER SAMS CLUB. Other than that you are doing great sams club.

You guys just allowed on 9/30 all the bots to eat up the stock. You need to limit per membership a total of 2 boxes per day. Instead bot discords did 50 checkouts of 2 boxes and a couple hundred people just got all of the product. Please be better

Punched a kid for this even though there was enough for everyone there at the time. Also had to stay up past my bedtime to get this again later that night. My mom almost caught me.(I'm 27)

I haven't received the product, but I just wanted to review the fact that Sam's is the first cite I've been able to get anything from. Thank you in advance of making my family's week.
