Do not order this shipping. Spent over $20 and got a box that was filled with my detergent because it the bottle busted inside. Pretty confident that I'm going to cancel my Sam's Club membership. I can get better service from other retail stores.

This is going back to Sam’s. I couldn’t figure out why my skin has been irritated and itchy. I thought it was just seasonal allergies with the hot weather. But it was constant. And it finally dawned on me that it was the All detergent. I’m going out to buy the detergent I’ve been buying for years that is more expensive but works for me which is Seventh Generation for Sensitive Skin. I only bought this because I was at Sam’s and needed detergent and it was cheaper. Never again!

I like the product....just not happy to get a container of detergent with no cap on it...so I got a jug of soap and a box of soap, most of which ended up on the floor after leaking out of the box overnight....leaving me with about 2/3 of the product.... But my entry floor is very clean....

The product was packaged in a large plastic zip-loc bag, but that didn't protected it enough. The box was obviously tossed about, enough to break the lid on the container so it leaked probably a couple pints of detergent which was not contained in the bag and seeped through the cardboard box an onto the box of toilet tissues that the driver sat it on. I'm surprised the driver left it on our porch without any note acknowledging the damage or anything. I have been noticing packages coming from Sam's are if very bad shape. I had to return an air fryer a month or so ago because it was damaged on shipping.

The All detergent sold in Sam's is the best deal I have found anywhere. It is very often the same price for this large size as a smaller one in any grocery store. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it is heavy and awkward to use. However, the value and the amount are the reason I keep buying it. I pour some of it into a smaller bottle tomake it a little easier. Detergent has had a big price increase over the last two years, so I shop where I can get the most product for the least amount of money.

i purchased this on sale and had it delivered. i appreciate the delivery option and hope it continues for plus members. this product cleaned the clothes well leaving no scent. i would buy it again if sams keeps the pricing competitive with the in store pricing but delivers free to plus members. it saves me time especially when customers live 30 miles from your store. thank you sams for offering basic essential items free shipping to your plus members.

I am happy with the product that there isn't a smell. The pour spout leaks and comes out incorrectly and I am having to clean up the mess each time. On this order they encased the product in plastic instead of the last time which was just a plastic bag. This helps to keep the product from opening and leaking because of delivery since fedex seems to throw thing down and busting the merchandise.

I love this product. It helps to have an allergy free product when you have an many allergies as I do. I checked the ounce size and the price at other stores before I ordered this product from Sam’s There are more ounces of detergent in this container and the price is cheaper.

Trying to save a few dollars I tried this and what a mistake that was. Unfortunately, this does not clean as well as my Tide pods I loved. Specifically this cleanser leaves deodorant residue behind on my scrubs when Tide cleaned it completely. I would probably use this on lighter stained loads but for a real clean you need something else.

We started using this years ago when are daughter got eczema. Both her father and I have had it, but detergent had been an issue. We made the switch and she's had no flare ups from clothing or this detergent. I know it's free of fragrance, and it may be the washer (all though it's brand new), but I wish it left clothes smelling like they've been cleaned. Not a “clean” fragrance, but just fresher than before it was washed. Not bad odors or anything, just a personal preference I guess.
