My favorite laundry detergent? no scent, I don’t like perfumes.

The only laundry detergent I use is All Free and Clear original. It is important to me that my family NOT be exposed to as many chemicals as possible. I believe when I use All Free and Clear I am getting both clean and chemical free clothes. Thanks All free and Clear!

I have used All detergent for years. The soap works well and leaves no odor. I will likely continue using this brand. However, three stars for mis-representing their "shrinkage" strategy. Notice how the label promotes "166 loads" - Everything about the label is the same. It's not "more concentrated." But notice the container has gone from 250 OZ to 208 OZ. So how can they continue advertising 166 loads?

Well, the replacement bottle I picked up in your store certainly beat the one that you shipped to me that leaked inside the shipping box and got detergent on the box of Folgers coffee that came in the same shipping box! The bottle of detergent that you shipped me had a split on its side that someone had tried to fix by putting tape over it! So that bottle was leaking before it was put into the shipping box. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was leaking and set the box on the floor, and by the next day, it had leaked through the box and spread detergent all over our floor (see attached pictures). Come on Sam's, you can do better than that, especially for one of your Plus members!

We love this detergent but the last two times I’ve ordered it’s leaked during shipping :/

I’d have preferred that the bottle be secured before shipping as I ended up receiving a very wet and soapy box and a lot less detergent actually IN the bottle.

The last time I bought FRE AND CLEAR ALL there was 250 ounces in it but for the same price it was dropped down to 2/3 of that volume on the next purchase. I literally thought I was buying the same product for the same price. I was so frustrated, I actually brought the stuff back to return it. Not a deal if you’re getting 1/3 less of the product than the previous time.

I was supposed to get free shipping but when this was changed from pick up to ship it went from 1067 to 1182...unfair!

Have ordered this from Sams for years. Each time they have always taped the caps on and placed in a sealed bag. This shipment of 4 bottles they threw all 4 in a box without that or packing materials, two of the bottles opened and spilled out leaking everywhere. Then fedex delivered the box with it leaking from all sides instead of returning the box. The replacement order was the same way, obviously a packing change.

I was disappointed recently when I went to purchase All Free and Clear Detergent. The Sam’s app stated it was 250 oz. When I returned home I realized it was only 208 oz. There was no signage to the change. What gets me is the label still says 166 washes. How can you still do 166 washes when it’s 42 oz less? Is it a new formula or a bait and switch. We felt ripped off.
