Do not fall for the “free install” promo with Hello Tech. NOBODY is going to install your unit! They don't pay enough for the installers to take these jobs! Had it rescheduled several times, then I just went ahead and installed it myself. It's not too bad to install, just do it yourself. The starlink itself is a good unit and preforms well.

Bought the system because my home internet was down after Hurricane Milton. The system has bandwidth data rates greater than 100mb/s down and 20-40mb/s down. The set up was pretty easy with the iPhone app. System power draw is around 50 watts average. The only issue I have is the monthly residential service is a little more expensive compared to the cost of other ISPs.

Easy install and set up. Everything in one box and packaged well.

Fastest internet fever had and no buffering. Installation was also easy.
