[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alpine Cheese Blend by Roth tastes great! A lot of uses for this Cheese! Throw it on some pasta. Add to pizza to male it extra Cheesey. Use it in a salad. I would purchase it in the future.

Very good cheese blend, great mild nutty flavor, and melts perfectly. Makes the best grilled cheese sandwich and quesadillas. For fondue I would use half this blend and half block cheese otherwise it's too starchy.
