Love the product...I was quite surprised at the flavor and 'melt-ability', if that is a word. Perfect balance of flavor for a panini and also a quesadilla. On my 2nd use, I added chorizo that I had cooked and drained, delicious. There are so many ways to use this product! Great addition to the cheese case!

Melts perfectly, tastes great, big package means not more trips to the grocery. I'd highly recommend this to others. Even my picky kid said it was great.
