I am upgrading from the lg cx and I remember when I first bought the lg cx it was an out of the world experience for me as it was my very first lg tv and I was in shock. The image quality and the speakers truly amazed me I was thinking how can it improve from here. And that’s where the new lg g5 tv comes in this blew me away in so many ways for instant the brightness is insane on it more then you ever need and the image quality is amazing it shows the small details that you would miss on other tvs and the speakers make it feel like you have surround sound all over your room. I use it for multiple things such as watching shows or movies on the tv or my sky box and I feel like it just makes the experience feel cinematic I am also a gamer and own a Xbox series x and a ps5 and I am stunned l how good the details and colour is. The magic remote is amazing its extremely responsive and the voice command helps make my life so much easier

I was sceptical whether it would be any good as every other tv I have seen has not been able to match the plasma. I am very happy to say that it has exceeded my expectations and is much better than my plasma tv. The colour depth and the brightness are unbelievable. The sound of the tv is actually better than the soundbar I have added to it. The amount of options available to adjust the tv to your liking are great. The AI features are also handy to have. Overall I am very happy with this tv!

The colours are amazing and the brightness is record breaking (at time of writing) for an OLED, which is definitely noticeable. 4K Blu Rays look amazing on it, and streaming content is very good to after the launch patch. Definitely worth the upgrade and even more so with the £500 cashback offer on!

Brilliant tv, a nice upgrade from the CX. Does need some software updates though. Sometimes Dolby vision can appear dim not sure why. Can’t set high peak brightness in game mode unlike Samsung. But it’s still way better than Samsung and the processor is much better, motion handling is good. Need to test the cinematic motion I’ve heard thats good. Brightness looks really good and colours are better! It’s a brand new panel and there will be some updates that lg will need to do. But I’d only recommend buying it if you can get a good deal
