Gamechanger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG G5 65" was always going to be a big upgrade from my old Samsung 55" QLED from 2017, but wow I did not realise just how big it would be! The picture quality is unbelievable, so much so that it has made me splurge on 4k films to rewatch all of my old favourites. The TV's built in speakers are surprisingly good for a TV, although I have a surround setup so this is slightly wasted. The TV sits flush and looks very smart. Only slight complaint is that the remote looks and feels so so, not up to par with the rest of the package, but it's forgiven for how great the TV is!

Amazing picture when you feed it the right content

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two months ago and really happy with it. First new tv in ten years so obviously a game changer. When you go on YouTube and check out HDR content it is phenomenal. Better then what you see in the store. I got an LG soundbar to pair with it and overall the experience has been satisfying. However the thinkQ app is very glitchy and none of my products link up to it which is dissapointing

Amazing gaming performance on both PS5 and PC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality, 165Hz refresh rate works great with my RTX 5090 gaming PC, it's brighter than expected, amazing contrast ratio, perfect blacks, immersive experience viewing any content, 4K resolution is more than enough for a 55" TV. Highly recommended.

You wont be disappointed !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of LG Flat Screen products and my newest purchase has only strengthened my feelings on this. Out of the box and onto the wall in 20 minutes using the built in wall mount . Even though its located in a bright room, the screen creates a fantastic picture even on a sunny day outside. Id thoroughly recommend this TV to another purchaser who wants a quality viewing experience.

Great for gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to use for gaming. A vast upgrade on my previous TV with crisp visuals thanks to the resolution, great depth of colour and a brilliant bright display. The move to OLED and the true blacks is really noticeable.

Features are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We brought this as we already had the exact same TV which was 8 years old and still working just wanted an upgrade. So far, we are very pleased, the picture is very sharp and vibrant and the sound quality is very good extremely happy with our new TV

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a fantastic TV with truly excellent picture quality. The OLED panel delivers stunning contrast, deep blacks, and vibrant colours. It’s easily one of the best viewing experiences I’ve had, whether watching films, sports, or just everyday TV. However, the user experience lets it down slightly. The menu system feels more complicated than it needs to be, and I would really like to see LG simplify this. There’s a lack of intuitive preset options for both picture and sound, which means you often have to manually adjust settings to get things just right. The Magic Remote is a nice idea, but in practice it can add unnecessary complexity at times, especially for simple tasks. Initial setup was also more difficult than expected. The process of creating an account and navigating the setup steps felt overly complicated and could definitely be streamlined.

Great for viewers with poor vision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 10 year old Panasonic TV as my wife has Macular Degeneration and she had difficlty seing the images. We were recommended this TV as the best for sharpness and brightness, the latter of which proved so strong we had to adjust the settings. We are delighted, my wife is now able to view the screen without glasses and we can again enjoy subtitled foreign films which she had not been able to see recently

Great TV, Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd LG TV and this one is even better with a fantastic clearer picture. People have already made comment on how good the picture is. Plenty of HDMI connections and I can still connect Freesat, which is a bonus.

Amazing TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is extremely sharp, colourful, and bright. It handles dark rooms perfectly with true blacks, and it also performs well in bright rooms thanks to strong reflection handling. [lg.com]
