Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing TV with superb levels of colour. Picture quality is out od this world when displaying UHD/4K. Level of brightness & contrast are truly amazing even when viewing from an angle/not straight on to the TV.

Happy with my upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has been a wonderful upgrade to our old LG TV that we had for a number of years. Colour is fantastic, screen is nice and bright even in a sunny room and the sound is really good. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

Bright room? No problem for this OLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as the reviews said it could handle bright rooms. My room is south facing and the brightness and colour of this screen are brilliant. My previous TV I had to close the blinds and draw the curtains, not so with the G5. I can open them wider and still have a fantastic bright and colourful viewing experience - phenomenal.

More features than I would ever get to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently bought, what I'm saying is one of the best if not the best tv's I have ever seen, and I very happy to be one of the proud owners of this TV. Super cool brightness, makes it very immersive watch, lovely resolution and beautiful contrast, I'm glued to my viewing a shame I have to sleep, loving every minute thanks LG.

Great TV - But not SO great

Bought this to replace an LG OLED55E9P and although this one has a better "spec" I find the panel too garish (oversaturated colours) I don't like the ir receiver which sticks out at the bottom like an afterthought, and I REALLY don't like the new menus layout - so much of it is counter intuitive compared to the older version. For example if I want to tun on subtitles I have to press the up/down button at least Nineteen times! Also the remote is definitely not as good as the previous one - there are no pause/play buttons for a start - and the TV guide button is in a more awkward place. So, It's abetter TV - but also not as carefully thought out as previous models (in my opinion).

Thanks for your detailed feedback. It’s good to hear you can see the improvements on paper compared to your previous OLED, but we understand what you’re saying—it’s not always just about specs, it’s about how the TV feels to use day to day. The picture settings out of the box can be quite punchy, so you might find switching to a different picture mode or tweaking the colour settings helps make it look a bit more natural and closer to what you’re used to. We also hear your points on the design and usability. Things like the IR receiver, menu layout, and remote are all part of the overall experience, and it’s clear they haven’t landed the same way for you. The feedback about the menus—especially how long it takes to get to things like subtitles—is really useful, and we’ll make sure that’s passed on. Appreciate you taking the time to share this, it’s genuinely helpful. Regards

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Picture and Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the LG G5 TV, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — the OLED display delivers incredibly deep blacks, vibrant colors, and impressive brightness that makes everything from movies to sports look amazing. Even in a bright room, the screen remains clear and vivid. The design is another highlight. It’s sleek, ultra-thin, and looks fantastic mounted on the wall, giving the living room a very modern feel. The build quality feels premium, exactly what you’d expect from a high-end TV. I’m also really impressed with the smart features. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and apps load quickly. Streaming services look phenomenal in 4K, and the AI picture and sound settings automatically optimize everything depending on what you're watching. Gaming performance is excellent too. With fast response times and support for the latest gaming features, it pairs perfectly with next-gen consoles.

Still the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG OLED ( I bought the first in 2016) and nothing compares. It's now possible to watch TV in a sunny room and still see the picture. If I had to criticise something it would be that with an HDR picture, subtitles are too bright, and there's no obvious way to calm them down.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided it was time to ‘refresh’ my LG OLED tv and opted for the G series, my current being an A. ‘Wow!’ The picture quality is noticeably better, brighter and sharper and the colours are great. Recommend.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv for picture only downside is LG could have put both the wall bracket and stand in the one box insted of 2 different boxes for the price of the TV. I had a job getting the one with the stand and the stand is not as nice as the C5.
