I am not too sure what has happened to this product. I’ve been using Burt’s Bees multiple times a day for over 10 years. I never wanted to use anything but this, all of a sudden in the past few months I realized I was getting pimple like bumps all around my mouth. I thought it was my make up so I changed everything I was using. Didn’t wear anything on my face all weekend, and the bumps went away. I used my Burt’s Bees lip balm before I went to be last night, and woke up this morning with the bumps again. They must have changed the formula. It’s not as thick as it used to be, doesn’t last on your lips as long, and my lips are dry and cracked.

I tried Burt's Bees lip balm for the first time two or three months ago, and it is now my go to. I love the natural ingredients, and my lips feel so soft and smooth. My dentist also told me that Burt's Bees is one of the best lip balms on the market because it has natural ingredients. I would 100% recommend other people to try this lip balm. It will literally change your life.

I was visiting Boston this past weekend, and I realized that I had forgotten to bring any lip balm. I went in search of comfort and moisture, and found Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm at a local store. I hadn't bought it in awhile, partly because I was unhappy with my last purchase, but I figured I'd give it another try. My lips were already slightly chapped from the cold and wind, but as soon as I applied the Lip Balm, my lips got redder and more irritated. The formula caused my lips to burn. I looked it up, and found that while many people seem to love this balm, several folks have complained over time about the formula changing, and now causing reactions, or just not working as well. I really wanted to like this lip balm, as I do like other Burt's Bees products, but I am going to have to stay away from this one, as it just aggravated my lips, and did nothing to heal them.

The peppermint oil helps me breath better while laying down and I wake up with hydrated lips in the AM. I no longer use a lip exfoliator because this lip balm really does keep my lips from being chapped.

Until about a week ago, I had never tried anything of Burt's Bees. After talking to my friends, they all said that they have the best stuff for dry and chapped lips. It works AMAZING! I always struggle with dry and extremely chapped lips in the winter, but now my lips are like perfect. It smells great, and I love the tingle, it just feels cool and clean. It looks great, you can hardly see it (if you can at all). I ALWAYS carry one with me, I just ADORE it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I'm a Burt's devotee, especially where lip balm is concerned, so when I was given a Lip Balm Tin, I was really excited. I love other lip balms in the tin format. Unfortunately, whereas the lip balm stick is minty and pliable as it spreads across your lips, the balm in the tin is impossible to swipe onto your finger to apply. I swear my lips got even more chapped from rubbing my finger furiously across them trying to eke out whatever tiny bit of lip balm I had managed to gather with a finger swipe. I'm going to stick to the lip balm sticks I guess... until the formula in the tins is softened. (Please soften it!)

i loved this product, i have very sensitive lips that only have worked with this product. i can't use any other chap-sticks because they only worsen my lips ex. peeling, cracking, dried out, etc. but this product made my lips smooth, moisturized, and it doesn't have the red irritated after effect. Worth every cent!

I've tried different lip balms in the past, but I always wanted something that smelled better, felt light (but not too light) on my lips, kept them moisturized and was long lasting. I decided to try Burt's Bees after hearing so many positive reviews from my peers and I realized why they love to use it. Burt's Bees is the only lip balm I use now.
