You can't go wrong with the classic beeswax lip balm. It's not gooey or sickly sweet like most lip balm or chapstick. It's fresh and light and pepperminty, but not at all like Vap-o-Rub. My only complaint is that sometimes it seems like it's too thick--not spreadable enough. However, it's always my go-to lip balm. There's nothing better.

I have a part-time job as a waitress so I interact with people a lot. At work one day, my boss asked me if I had just had a mint and if I had an extra one for him. It turns out that the Burt's Bees Beeswax lip balm that I had just applied had also freshened my breath. I had always likeed the lip balm because of the tingly sensation when putting it on but also because it really keeps my lips soft. Now I have another reason!

I have been using Burts Bees for over 10 years now. I absolutely love their chapstick and it's the only chapstick I will use. It has a great feel and I love the tingle it gives, making other chapsticks unusable. I am about to move overseas and I have ordered 65 to bring over with me! I find most people who try the regular chapstick really love it...whenever I travel to visit my family in London or South Africa people always ask that I leave them a tube! I do think they have made it a bit too expensive though and was disappointed that Burt Bees doesn't offer deals if you spend or buy a certain amount.

Burt's Bees Beeswax mint and honey lip balm is the only brand that works when my family's lips are chapped. The honey flavor has been our standby favorite -- soothing to the lips and to the olfactory senses, due to the scent of real beeswax. The new honey flavor has a cloying smell, and isn't as soothing. Please bring back the original honey flavor!

Alright, I have tried the cucumber mint burt's bees, the vanilla, pomegranate and the beeswax kinds. The beeswax is my all time favorite out of the bunch because I like that it's thick and gives a matte finish, I'm not a huge fan of the glossy feel in chapsticks and that was the consistency that the others had. One tube of the beeswax chapsticks can last me up to a month, month and a half and I use it daily. I will never stop getting this chapstick because it is the best that I have ever used!

This has been one of my absolute favorite Burt's products for over 10 years, so I was SOO disappointed with the newest tubes I purchased. Not nearly as moist and easy to glide on as in the past....much drier. Have to apply more pressure and stretch lips around to get an even coat, which is unpleasant. Anyone else experience this?? It looks as though the label of ingredients has changed slightly...perhaps not as much vit. E? Whatever, I want my trusty old lip balm back!!!!!

I'll make this short. If you have never used a BB balm, buy this one, you will not regret it! Being a guy, I really do not like to buy a balm that has shimmer or a flower scent, this this one smells like peppermint so it is perfect for men and women. It spreads on my lips smooth and it keeps my lips hydrated and healthy!

I used to use this product every night for months and it was really hydrating. I then made a switch over to Lush Cosmetics lips balms and didn’t use Burt’s Bees for months. Decided one day I would buy some to have in my purse for easy use since Lush ones only come in tins, which can get messy when applying. Used it once and woke up the next day with very dry lips that turned into a cold sore that lasted weeks! I’ve read other reviews with people who have had similar reactions so they must’ve changed the formula. I haven’t had an outbreak since I made the switch and will never be using this product again.

This product, much like the Burt's Bees lip shimmer, is one that I use everyday! I received this from a friend and have since carried it around with me throughout the day, reapplying it every hour or so as needed. I love that it is as minty as it is. It keeps my lips hydrated and feeling fresh. The only disadvantage is the fact that it is not in stick form so I have to be careful and make sure that my fingers are clean before applying, so if this is a concern for you I'd reccomend trying a different product. The tin is small and portable, making it great for traveling. Due to the fact that it is clear and mint scented, it is gender neutral, making it great for gifting as well as sharing. Would reccomend!
